Just a couple things I noticed that bugs me!! Haha!! 802.1X is definitely NOT wireless. It’s authentication and authorization to network resources. Also I’m fairly certain that nearly all enterprises utilize a star topology. Def NOT a buss. Your computer is connected via wire to a switch. Just wanted to clear that up. I feel better. Haha

Does anyone else feel there are terms in here that you dont find in the Official sybex book? Makes me wonder if the Sybex book is lacking or this course just has extra information

9:50 Is the diagram valid on timestamp part? It is confusing me because if it compare timestamp in user authenticator with timestamp in TGT like in the diagram, it mean that TGT can only be use single time but TGT should be able to reuse to request new service token. As I do google search, TGS only check timestamp in authenticator if it is recent or not (it do not compare with the one in TGT) As from the document it check "The authenticator is not present in the replay cache and has not expired", so it not clear what "has not expired" mean, I think it mean timestamp should be in 5 minutes or configured time frame.

Hi @Destination Certification I have some questions:- 1. Does the client register with the AS before and if yes, then how does that registration process happens, if no, then how does AS has the client password? 2. In DB we never store plain password, we generally hash it, how does AS has access to plain password? 3. In step 2 when AS server sends payload to client and it encrypt the payload, how does both AS and client agrees with same encryption algorithm?

i would have read "n" number of articles about bell-padula. but the amount of detail you provided to such a simple 10 sec answer question seeds the theory in head so deep, you cant go wrong with that even if you are 10 pegs down. really appreciate you taking time to explain this .. food for thought look at my org data classification policy deeply now

Your videos are very informative. But I would stay out of political side comments about other countries, especially if you don't live or pay taxes for that country. As an educator, you must be unbiased when teaching. I personally LOVE guns. My president and your prime minister have body guards that carry guns all the time to protect them. I am sure theyvdont walk without weapons. Do they? I don't see the problem here of owning a gun. Guns don't kill, people kill each other. Just saying 😅

I watched them multiple times until I understood the material. 1st attempt and about 5 weeks prep. YOU ARE AWESOME. Thank you so much!!! Great quality material. I am so glad I run into it here!!

Just passed the exam, first try. I am a customer and your course helped me a lot. Thanks! One thing I don't remember seeing in the course that I got in the exam was "cryptography that could resist quantum computing". I might be wrong, but I don't remember it beeing in the course. Just a tip for everyone. I thing the answer is "symmetric". Please confirm if it is correct.
